Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my online order?
Immediately after you submit your online purchase, we’ll begin processing your order. Provided your item is in stock, transit times are usually, for metropolitan deliveries allow 2 - 3 business days, and for regional deliveries allow 4 - 5 business days.

How is my order confirmed?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we'll send you an email or SMS to let you know it's with the courier.

Can I change my delivery address?
As soon as your purchase is completed and your delivery address verified we begin processing and packing your purchase. Unfortunately this means we’re unable to amend the delivery address once your order has been submitted.
If you can't be there when your order is delivered, don't worry, a card will be left explaining how you can collect your package.

Can I cancel my online order / delivery?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted, once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel. However once you’ve received your package, you can return your purchase within 14 days, provided your return is in accordance with Carrara Flags “Returns Policy” below.

Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your home or work address. If you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace, please make sure someone will be there to receive the parcel as a signature may be required on delivery.

If there is a problem with my order who do i contact?
We want our customers to receive Carrara Flags items of the highest quality, so please contact us straightaway if any product reaches you in a damaged/spoilt condition, call our customer team and we will arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent out to you.

Where are you based?
Our store is licated at the Carara Market, Carrara Queensland.

If i order a product that is out of stock, will it be delivered?
No. If an item is out of stock we will email you giving you the option of delivery when stock arrives or a refunded back to credit or debit card used for your initial payment. Refund may take 3-5 working days.
